9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- The client owns the final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
- Prajakta Infotech retains ownership of internal methodologies, reusable code, templates, tools, scripts, automation frameworks, and proprietary processes developed independently of the client’s specific project.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
10. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services including:

- The client fails to provide necessary information for an extended period.
- Continued performance becomes impractical due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Payment remains due for work completed up to the termination date.
15. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of a project private, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the other party.
16. Force Majeure
Prajakta Infotech shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or failures of third-party services.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
